Vegetarian Spring Table: Cooking Class/Dinner

Spring is in the air and beautiful fresh New England crops are back! Join Chef Carolyn Grieco, of Carolyn’s Farm Kitchen Cooking Classes, for this very special farm to table vegetarian-inspired culinary class as we incorporate the foods and flavors of the spring season, sourced from local farms. Recipes will feature greens, sweet peas, juicy strawberries, and tender asparagus. After we create this signature vegetarian menu in our commercial chef’s kitchen, we will sit together and enjoy our delectables and wine. Printed recipes booklets to take home.
